Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, merchandise must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and tags. Proof of purchase is required.
Online Orders
If you purchased an item through our website and would like to return it, please contact us before sending your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or we made an error with your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in our Orleans store may be returned or exchanged in person within 30 days, provided they meet the return requirements outlined above.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including providing a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items

Gift Returns
