Now, as a family, we’re honored to carry that legacy forward.

For more than 25 years, Oceana has delighted locals and visitors alike with gifts inspired by the sea. Today, we continue that tradition with a thoughtfully curated collection featuring local artists and photographers, high-end jewelry, distinctive home accents, wedding and hostess gifts, bath and body favorites. You’ll also find a selection of well-loved brands and artisan pieces, all chosen with an eye for quality, beauty and timeless coastal style.

As new owners, our goal is simply to preserve what people have always loved, while bringing fresh energy, new discoveries and an elevated in-store customer focused experience. We are Jen and Russ Heamer, alongside my parents, Midge and Bud Dey,  a family rooted not only in retail, but also in each other. With decades of combined experience across boutique ownership, wholesale buying, merchandising, operations and business leadership, we each bring a unique strength to Oceana, along with a shared commitment to creating a warm and welcoming space for you to visit often and recommend.

We’re proud to continue Oceana’s tradition in the heart of Orleans, not just as business owners, but as a family invested in the community we love.
